Workplace Philosophy
Teaching your child life-long lessons and letting them have fun along the way is what our child care professionals emphasize.
Our Work Team
Under the experienced, qualified and passionate leadership of our child care professionals, your child will truly benefit from their knowledge. With backgrounds in Early Childhood Education, each child care professional has the knowledge and expertise to listen and teach your child.
Our child-care professionals exceed the state requirements for childhood development, and are continuing in their education through Early Childhood Workshops and conferences. Each staff member has also completed the Red Cross child/infant CPR course and basic first aid course.
Using the latest tools listed below, your child will be in an environment that cultivates learning at their level:
- Reggio Emilia Approach - This approach believes that children learn through interactions with others like; parents, staff, friends, and peers in a friendly learning environment.
- Emergent Curriculum - A curriculum that builds upon the interests of the children. Topics are driven by ideas, excitement, information and questions from the children themselves.
- Learning from Play - Allowing children freedom to follow their own interests, learning happens naturally. Playing with blocks teaches your child control and coordination of small muscles.
- Semi-annual child assessments which includes the developmental milestones and assessing the whole child.
